David is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, having practiced in Leicestershire and the Midlands since joining Shakespear McTurk and Graham as a pupil in 1971. David farms in Northamptonshire and has a practical knowledge of diversification and the issues facing today’s farming community. He specialises in farm and rural agency, planning and development, valuations and auctions and is an AMC Valuer. David has been an active member of the MidlandCounties Agricultural Valuers Association for many years and was their President in 1999. He currently serves as a Council member on the CAAV.
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer having gained his experience from joining Hackney and Son in 1992 before the merger with Fox Bennett. He gained a BSc Honours in Agriculture and Food Marketing at University College of Wales, Aberystweth before studying for his Masters in Natural Resource Management at the University of Leicester and achieving a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. Richard is from a local farming and veterinary family and is able to apply his practical experiences to a knowledge of property issues. He practices in all property related matters with specialisation in sales, auctions, planning and development and is an AMC Valuer.
Tim has 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer in the East Midlands, gained through working firstly for Shakespear McTurk and Graham and then with a firm in Northamptonshire. He provides expertise in all rural professional work specialising in farm and rural agency, planning and development, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase compensation and estate management.
